Absolutely avoid

Please do not use harsh, gritty, highly acidic, alkaline cleaners or abrasive cleaners or cerium oxides, as these can damage the protective coating. These types of cleaning agents damage or remove the protective coating of the substrate.

Areas with hard water

In areas with hard water due to high mineral deposits such as limescale, these deposits may adhere to the protective layer. A solution of cleaning vinegar and water (mixing ratio 1 part vinegar: 5 parts water), which is sprayed onto the glass surface and left to soak for a few minutes, can help here. Mineral deposits on the glass can be removed in this way. Then wipe over with a damp microfiber cloth.
